Time Span:

Cancel Subscription amount will be refunded within seven days.

Valid Reasons for Refund:

● The user experienced technical difficulties that were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

● The app did not meet the user's expectations based on the description provided on the app store or website.

● The user accidentally made the purchase and did not intend to subscribe to the app.

Refund Process:

● Users must submit a refund request through a specified method, e.g., email, in-app form along with the reason for the refund.

● The refund request will be reviewed by our customer support team within two to three business days.

● If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

● Subscriptions purchased outside of the designated app store (e.g., through a third-party website) are non-refundable.

● Refunds will not be provided for subscription renewals that occur after the initial subscription period.

Cancellation Policy:
